The owner and manager of the website is the company IMOMAR d.o.o. The general terms and conditions of business and use of the website www.skinwizz.com (Skinwizz) are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other prescribed legislation for sales over the Internet and this type of business. The conditions deal with the operation of online sales of SKINWIZZ products/services and the business relationship between IMOMAR d.o.o. (hereinafter: seller/IMOMAR/company), registered users (hereinafter: users) and buyers of goods or services (hereinafter: buyers).

OFFER OF ITEMS

Product offerings and prices may change at any time on the skinwizz.com website. Product prices are up-to-date and can be seen on the website itself. Also, the stock of items may change during promotional prices, and the company Imomar d.o.o. is not responsible for possible damage on the part of the buyer.

SALES

The seller of Skinwizz products is exclusively the company Imomar d.o.o. and resale of products by a third natural/legal person is prohibited, unless a contract on the distribution and resale of Skinwizz products is signed with the approval of Imomar d.o.o. In case of purchase of Skinwizz products by an unauthorized third party, Imomar d.o.o. is not responsible for damage caused by the buyer. To resolve disputes related to damage to the company Imomar d.o.o. unauthorized sale of Skinwizz products, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Debit/Credit Cards

The easiest way to pay online is by credit or debit card. Payment is processed immediately when you place your order. The shipment is therefore delivered the same or the next working day (depending on what time the payment was made). Orders paid before 1:00 p.m. (Slovenian time/GMT+1) will be processed the same working day. Orders paid after 13:00 (Slovenian time/GMT+1) will be processed on the next working day.

Order by pre-invoice

Every customer also has the option of paying by advance invoice, either via electronic banking or in person at your nearest bank or post office. He can do this by confirming the button “complete with purchase” in the basket, then the payment options open, where in this case “order by advance invoice” is selected. The order form opens, where you fill in the data for the transfer according to the proforma invoice. When you place your order, you will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail with the details of the transfer to our company’s TRR. Enter the necessary information in the payment order, and upon receipt of payment to our account, we will ship the ordered items to you on the same or the next working day (payments made before 1:00 p.m. Slovenian/GMT+1 time will be sent on the same working day, after this time on the next working day). The concluded sales contract is valid for 1-2 days, prices may change later and the seller is not responsible for this.

DELIVERY

The products on the website are sold exclusively on the European Union market. Shipping products outside the European Union is not possible, as the products are registered exclusively for the European Union. In the event that the buyer sends Skinwizz products to countries outside the European Union, he is legally and financially responsible.

Post Office of Slovenia

Skinwizz.com online sales packages are delivered within Slovenia via Post Office of Slovenia. Packages are dispatched on the same working day upon receipt of payment to the company’s transaction account. Kupci prejmejo paket 1-3 delovne dni od dne, ko je bilo blago odpravljeno (po navadi je to naslednji delovni dan, izjeme so prazniki in druge izredne razmere). Prav tako lahko dostava paketov za druge države Evropske Unije, poteka po navadni nacionalni pošti. Vsaka država ima drugačne časovne okvirje. V kolikor posameznega kupca zanima časovni okvir prejema pošiljke po navadni pošti, naj kontaktira svojo nacionalno pošto.

Podjetje IMOMAR d.o.o. ne odgovarja za morebitne nastale zamude iz strani nacionalnih pošt in morebitnih stroškov, ki so v zvezi s tem nastali. Cena poštnine se zaračuna na podlagi teže produktov, vrste pošiljanja (obložena pisemska ovojnica do 2000 g, od 2000 g teže naprej se šteje kot paket) in embalaže. Cena pošiljanja se kupcu prikaže na strani plačevanja. Vsi paketi preko Pošte Slovenije so sledljivi. V primeru nedostavljenega paketa nam mora kupec to pisno sporočiti tukaj. DHL Ekspress

Dostava paketov po evropskih državah (razen znotraj Slovenije) lahko poteka tudi po hitri pošti DHL Ekspress. Cena poštnine se obračuna glede na težo pošiljke, embalaže in drugih stroškov pakiranja, ki v zvezi s tem nastanejo. Strošek pošiljanja produktov se pokaže preden kupec izvrši plačilo. Vsa pošiljanja preko DHL Ekspress se obračunavajo kot paketi, pri katerih se upošteva tista teža (volumenska ali dejanska), ki je večja. Vsi paketi preko DHL Ekspress so sledljivi z kodo. Podjetje IMOMAR ne odgovarja za morebitne nastale zamude iz strani DHL Ekspress in morebitnih stroškov, ki so v zvezi s tem nastali. V primeru nedostavljenega paketa nam mora kupec to pisno sporočiti tukaj. POŠKODOVANO BLAGO

Spodaj so opisani primeri, ki se štejejo za poškodovano blago. V primeru, da spodaj ni navedene oblike poškodbe, vračila denarja kot tudi novega blaga ne krijemo.

Poškodovana embalaža/paket

Paket se šteje za poškodovan v primeru, da je škatla ali obložena kuverta vidno uničena/natrgana ali kako drugače vidno poškodovana. Stranka nam mora poslati slike in poslati natančen opis stanja blaga na info@skinwizz.com
